Shaggy has been my partner in crime the last few weeks, he is staying at our house while my parents reno theirs. We go for long walks & hikes (since I can't run, it's the next best thing), we run errands, we fix things in/around the house (all the things I've let slide the last few months!), we take naps, we try new recipes, and we watch the hockey game together!
A couple more weeks until I can start up running again...I can't wait!! It will be a SLOW build up--a few weeks of walk/running to be safe, in the meantime, I've been hitting the gym to work on my weaknesses and imbalances. I am determined to have an injury free season next year!

Awwwwww, Shaggy looks so sweet & innocent!!
Sorry to hear that you've been sick, but I guess it's one way to force you to rest the leg.
Take care and oh yeah.........

Lisa, I am so sorry for your injury. I hope you heal fast and in one strong piece sooner then later. I am sure all that swimming will keep you fit and of course make you out of the water even more in front!
